 ... A trip to our town hall

The class 6d was interested in sights of our town. Unfortunately there was no time in they last school year to learn more about our town hall. We were so lucky this year, because a father is member of our town council, so that we had an appointment with the Lord Mayor of Köthen Mr Hauschild . He gave us a warm welcome in the 120 year-old council hall. Then Mr Göpke took us up the town hall tower, where we enjoyed the beautiful scenery of our hometown.
A highlight was the visit of the registry office. Mrs Bederke explained the function of that office, it was fun to sit there like at a wedding.
